These terms cover your use of the Vizyday website at vizyday.com and the waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. They’re written plainly on purpose.
The site today
Right now, Vizyday is a marketing site with a waitlist. The app itself is in development. Nothing here is a promise of a specific launch date, feature set, or price — those may change as we build.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Vizyday. It does not create an account, reserve anything, or obligate you to buy. You can leave at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the site — no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with it, and no submitting other people’s email addresses without permission.
Intellectual property
The Vizyday name, logo, brand, copy, and design are owned by Vizyday LLC. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vizyday LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
